Your download page opens straight after payment, and Stripe emails you a receipt. If you closed the page before downloading, or a file won't open, email me with the address you used at checkout and I'll send your files directly, usually the same day.
Because the files download instantly, you give up the usual 14-day cancellation right at checkout. But if a file is faulty, or the handbook isn't what was described, email me and I'll put it right or refund you. I'd rather do that than have anyone feel misled. The refund policy has the detail.
The free OTJ guide, absolutely, please do. The paid handbook is licensed for one person. If several of you want it, message me about a group rate rather than passing a file around.
