Payments go through Stripe. Your card information goes to them, never to us.
Stripe processes payments. MailerLite stores email subscribers and sends our emails. Cloudflare hosts this site. Each has its own privacy policy. We never sell your data to anyone.
Transaction records for six years, because tax law requires it. Email subscribers until you unsubscribe. Emails you send us for as long as they're useful, then deleted.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we'll act on it within a month, usually much sooner.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. One click, no questions. Our emails record whether they're opened and which links are clicked, so we can see which emails are useful. If you'd rather they didn't, turn off automatic image loading in your email app.
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, tell us first and we'll try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
