Downloads are non-refundable once downloaded, because you agree to that at checkout. But if something's wrong, or the product isn't what was described, email me and I'll refund you. I'd rather do that than have you feel misled.
At checkout you confirm two things: that you want immediate access, and that you understand this means giving up the 14-day cancellation right that normally applies to distance purchases. That's what makes instant download possible.
If you didn't confirm that, or you haven't downloaded anything yet, you keep the 14-day right. Email within 14 days and we'll cancel and refund you in full.
These are your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing overrides them.
Most problems are a download that failed or an email that went to spam. Email [email protected] with the address you used at checkout and I'll send the files directly, usually the same day.
Email [email protected] with the address you used at checkout, the date of purchase, and what went wrong. Refunds go back to your original card within 5 to 10 working days once approved.
I'm one person selling a handbook, not a company with a returns department. If you have a real problem, tell me and I'll sort it out.
