Digital products delivered as PDF files. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product is described on this site, and you should read the description before buying.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax.
Straight after payment you're taken to a download page for the product you bought, and Stripe emails you a receipt. Please bookmark your download page. If you lose it, or a download doesn't work, email us and we'll send the files directly.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you would normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once the download begins, provided you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged losing the cancellation right at checkout.
You're asked to confirm both at checkout. If you didn't, contact us within 14 days and we'll cancel and refund you.
If a product is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, whatever else these terms say. Nothing here limits that.
You may download, print and keep the files for your own personal use. You may not resell them, share them publicly, upload them anywhere, or distribute them to others.
